While recognizing that the primary ingredient in any “stop smoking” program is the smoker’s desire to quit, Stop Smoking in Three Days provides three key components that help make the process a lot easier and offer the smoker a much higher probability of success in their effort to kick cigarette addiction. We combine the very popular Smokers Option brand of smokeless cicarettes, our proven herbal drops to help relive symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, and an ironclad plan to quit smoking for good.
The primary component of the program is an herbal compound designed to ease the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal. Nico-Free Plus is a natural herbal supplement that helps maintain body health as users fight addiction to nicotine. Originally formulated in 1992 as part of Dipstop’s smokeless tobacco cessation program, Nico-Free Plus helps clear nicotine from the system, while calming the stomach and nerves. It is important to note that smokeless tobacco users generally ingest up to five times the amount of nicotine daily as the average smoker, therefore their addiction to nicotine is much stronger.
The second component of the program is the Smoker’s Option brand of no nicotine, no tobacco, smokeless cigarettes. Available in menthol and cinnamon flavors, Smokers Option gives users the familiar and comforting “feel” of a cigarette during social situations or activities that trigger the smoking response.
So . . .what is the magic that makes this happen in three days? First paragraph, first sentence. If you have the will, we have the way! The Nico-Free and Smokers Option products are tools to help you manage the physical and mental barriers to quitting. We will give you all the other tools and support resources you need in one convenient place. . . at no charge. So. . . lets get started!
Stop Smoking in Three Days
I started smoking when I joined the Army in 1975. By the time my first child was born, I was smoking two packs of Kool filter kings a day. When my daughter was three, she was diagnosed with acute asthma, . . . so I decided not to smoke in the house. When she was five, she asked me who would read to her when I die. I thought about quitting, . . . but didn't. When she was ten, a client ejected me from his office because he couldn't stomach the stench of cigarette smoke anymore. I lost a $130,000 contract. To this day, I have never picked up another cigarette.
I was a technology consultant and have always thought of myself as a reasonably bright guy. I stopped smoking on August 23, 1994. Looking back on it, I am ashamed to admit that a short term business loss had more influence on my commitment to quit than my family's well being or my daughter's health and sense of security.
Step #1 - Do you want to quit? If not, you are wasting your time here, cause I'm not going to try to convince you. Pick reasons that are important to you. Don't wait. Make a list - Write it down. Be accountable to yourself. Evaluate your priorities.
Step #2 - Get your mind right. Smoking is an un-natural and involuntary response to nicotine addiction. Internalizing and embracing this fact is a key to successful quitting. Your early nicotine experience gave you a buzz that became more and more difficult to attain, requiring you to consume increasing levels of nicotine to get high. Eventually the fix only relieves withdrawal symptoms. Your mind subconsciously perceives that relief as pleasure. If you truly believe smoking is enjoyable, quitting becomes a sacrifice. If you feel like you are giving up something good you will cave in to addiction. In order to kick the addiction you must change your mind's interpretation of withdrawal symptoms. Embrace the symptoms of withdrawal as your body's way of telling you that freedom is within reach. This is the core principal of kicking addiction.
Step #3 - Buy Stop Smoking in Three Days . You have to start somewhere and this is an actionable decision. Use these tools in the very early stages of your quit campaign.
Step #4 - Establish your quit date - Write it in stone. Committing to a process on paper is a personal accountability tool. Sharing it with others will make it more concrete. Failure will then carry immediate consequences. This is a three day quit program, not a one day maybe program.
Step #5 - Get rid of all the cigarettes - in the house, in the car, and at work. Don't hide them, or throw them in the trash. How many times have you retrieved a carton from the garbage and wiped off the yucky stuff?
Step #6 - Tell everybody. - This is a very simple tool to help motivate you to be successful at anything. The more people you tell, the more crow you will have to eat if you fail. Broadcast your quit to the world and the humiliation of failure will not be an option.
Step #7,8,9,10.,.,.,., - Recognize that you must wake up every morning, determined to quit, for the rest of your life. The longer you abstain, the easier it will get.
